Getting started with FrontDeskThis article introduces FrontDesk, your practice's front-office workspace, and shows you what each page is for and the first steps to set it up.

CalendarThe Calendar is your schedule and the first page you land on. It shows your appointments in Day, Week, and Month views, surfaces the day's key numbers, and opens a full dossier for any appointment so your team is ready before the patient arrives. Bird Eye ViewThe Bird Eye View is a live board of every patient in the building today. At a glance you can see who's about to arrive, who's waiting, who's in a chair, and who's heading to checkout — so your team can keep the day flowing and no one is left waiting. Triage InboxThe Triage Inbox is the one place your team checks for anything that needs a person. Whenever Elva can't fully resolve something on her own — across calls, texts, emails, chats, and surveys — it lands here, alongside the calls your team should be making. Nothing slips through the cracks. Messages & EmailThe Messages and Email pages put every patient text message and email in one place. Elva drafts replies, handles routine questions on her own, and keeps the full patient picture on the right so your team can answer fast and accurately. This article covers both pages, which work the same way. PatientsThe Patients area has two parts: a daily roster of the patients you're seeing, and a full profile behind every name. Together they give your team everything they need to greet each patient prepared — their history, insurance, forms, and treatment plans, all in one place. FormsThe Forms page is your library of patient forms — intake, consent, insurance, and more — and the place to build your own. Forms go out to patients before their visit, so they arrive with the paperwork done and your front desk isn't chasing signatures. SettingsSettings is where you set up your practice and teach Elva how your office runs. The settings are grouped into three areas in the left menu: Practice Management, Appointment & Booking, and AI Brain. This article walks through each page.
