The mission

When a DSO signs with Elva, corporate has made a decision that dozens of locations now have to live. You’ll lead that rollout — standardizing the adoption program while managing the reality that every office is a little different, working the champions on the ground, and turning a signed contract into operations that genuinely run differently.

What you’ll do
  • Own the post-signature rollout of Elva across a DSO’s locations
  • Standardize the adoption program while adapting to local variation, site to site
  • Work internal champions at each office and bring resistant teams along
  • Help each location’s staff shift from operations to patient focus and growth
  • Report transformation metrics to DSO leadership and own multi-site adoption and retention
Who you are
  • Senior background in change management, multi-site operations, or enterprise implementation — ideally in healthcare or dental
  • You’ve run programs across many locations and organizational layers
  • Credible with both DSO executives and front-line staff
  • Fluent talking operational transformation and growth, not just software features
  • Calm, organized, and relentless about making change actually stick
